Payment for Services

Coshocton Behavioral Health Choices is committed to making care affordable and accessible. If you live in our six-county catchment area (Coshocton, Guernsey, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble or Perry) and are uninsured, there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income via our Mental Health and Recovery Services Board. If you do not qualify, you may still apply for hardship assistance through the board.

For clients with insurance, we will bill your insurance company directly, and you will be responsible for any copay or coinsurance. CBHC accepts a range of insurance plans to help you access the support you need. Currently, we welcome Medicaid, Medicare, and a range of commercial insurances, such as Aetna, Anthem, Buckeye, Humana, Medical Mutual, Molina, and Optum. If you have questions about whether your insurance is accepted or are interested in help applying for Medicaid, please don't hesitate to contact us at 740-622-0033.

If you are on a high-deductible plan or prefer to self-pay, our agency offers reduced self-pay rates that cap at $50 per service (excluding psychological testing). Self-pay is also available for individuals whose income is above the poverty guidelines.

Funding of CBHC

CBHC is funded in part through community dollars from the Mental Health and Recovery Services Board of Muskingum County, serving Coshocton, Guernsey, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble and Perry Counties.

If you are interested in financially supporting CBHC, all funds will go directly toward supporting our programs, which cover a wide range of services, including mental health and addiction support for adults and children, clinical services, and programs within schools. Click below to make a donation. CBHC is a 501(c)3 organization and all contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
